Q I’ve noticed that when I add the PaperCut Client (pc-client.exe or pc-client-local-cache.exe) to my logon script it alway exits a few moments after log on?

This may be caused by running your Active Directory Logon script synchronously. The group policy option can be found at:

User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Scripts -> Run logon scripts synchronously

This should be set to Disabled (the default). Enabling this option may result in the client tool being terminated before or shortly after login.
