Customize the Forgot Login Details page

1. Click the Options tab. The General page is displayed.

2. Scroll to the Branding > Forgot login details page section.

   

3. To show or hide the logo:

   1. In Logo, select or deselect the Show logo option.

4. To change the title:

   1. In Title, enter the new text for Title.

5. To change the content:

   1. In Content, enter the new text for Content. You can use HTML tags to add links and formatting. The maximum number of characters is 1,000.

6. To change the button text:

   1. In Button text, enter the new text.

7. Click Apply.

The changes are reflected on the Forgot Login Details page.

The “Forgot Login Details” page’s style, including the background and logo, follows your Login page’s style.
