How to Migrate from iOS printing with a Mac Server to Mobility Print

KB Home   |   How to Migrate from iOS printing with a Mac Server to Mobility Print

If your primary print server is Windows and you’ve set up a Mac print server just for iOS printing, you now have an option that will allow you to decommission the Mac server - Mobility Print!

You can install Mobility Print on your Windows server to publish your print queues to the iOS devices (and the other supported devices like Android, ChromeOS, Windows, and MacOS).

To migrate from iOS printing with a Mac server to Mobility Print:

1. Decommission the Mac Server.
2. Set up Mobility Print (see the Mobility Print Help Center).
Note:

Mobility Print Server now supports Windows Server, MacOS, and Linux! Check out our system requirements over here.
