Resetting the Lexmark embedded Solution Framework (LeSF)
Problems with the Lexmark embedded application can often be resolved through the following procedure:
- Switch off device
- Hold down the “2” and “6” keys on the panel
- Switch on device
- Hold the “2” and “6” at least until that progress bar starts moving, then let go
- Eventually a menu will show. Find “Factory Defaults” and select that
- Find “LeS Framework Reset” and select that
- Device will reboot
- Then install the embedded PaperCut application again
