In PaperCut, refund can be provided to users in two ways:

  • Partial/Full refund using one click refund feature
1. Click the [refund] link on any of the jobs under Users → [Name of the user] → Job Log.
2. Edit the Refund Amount if required.
3. Enter a comment and press OK to refund.
  • Using Refund Management System
Users can send request for a refund via the user web pages. Information about using refund management system is given in the following chapter of the manual here:
