Before sharing any logs or data with PaperCut support, carefully review the information locally to identify (and, if possible, remove) any sensitive information or other personal information which you don't have a lawful basis for sharing with us. Always exercise caution and follow the appropriate procedures to safeguard sensitive information, such as obtaining the consent of any data subjects before sharing their personal information. If in doubt, consult with your organization's IT or security team first for guidance before uploading Debug Logs or giving PaperCut Support any sensitive data. Remember that protecting customer data is crucial for both ethical and legal reasons.
