Are you seeing issues with IE's Compatibility Mode?
IE 9: Admin Console Display Issue When Using IE’s Compatibility Mode
Problem: Internet Explorer’s (v9) compatibility mode could stop certain non-English characters displaying correctly in the PaperCut Admin Console.
Cause: This can happen as IE 9 defaults to compatibility mode for intranet sites. This came to light after a user’s Admin Console did not display Hebrew characters correctly.
Solution: Disabling compatibility mode fixed the display problem, so feel free to try it first
IE 11: Formatting Issues, such as logout option not displayed when using IE’s Compatibility Mode
Problem: Using IE 11, the user portal does not display a logout option in the top corner unless the page is displayed in compatibility mode - there appear to be formatting issues with the logged-in username overlapping with the logo. The log-out button seems to be moving to the opposite side of the screen and is not able to be clicked.
Cause: It is only happening when running IE 11 in compatibility mode.
Short-term Solution: As soon as I disable compatibility mode the log-out button appeared correctly. Also, try & clear the browser cache first.

IE Error: You are logging in to the administration interface using an older browser. Some pages may not look as they were intended
Problem: When logging into the release station on PaperCut MF v16 using IE 11, I receive the following message:
You are logging in to the administration interface using an older browser. Some pages may not look as they were intended. For the best experience, we recommend using a modern browser. Also, auto-refresh and Refresh Now button don’t work.
Cause: This was because I have ‘Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View’ ticked in IE 11.
Short-term Solution: Disable this option ‘Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View’
