- These PaperCut Reseller Data Terms(terms) apply to any reseller of PaperCut software. If you supply PaperCut software to end users and/or register for access to the PaperCut Portal, you are taken to have agreed to these terms.
- In these terms, "you" means the company or individual reseller of PaperCut software, "we" and "us" mean PaperCut Software Pty Ltd, and "customer" means an end user customer of PaperCut software.
- You warrant that all information you provide to us in the course of registering as a reseller of PaperCut software is true and correct.
- You acknowledge that any personal information that you provide to us will be held and may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You must comply fully with all relevant privacy and data protection laws and regulations relating to the collection, storage, use, and transfer of personal information of customers including (to the extent applicable) EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (commonly known as the GDPR).
- Without limiting the above, to the extent that the GDPR applies, you must not supply or install PaperCut software for any customer without first obtaining the customer's express consent that:
- you will provide the customer's personal information to PaperCut, and that personal information of customers and users may also be provided to PaperCut in the course of use of PaperCut software
- the personal information will include name and contact details, print job data, and print log files
- the personal information will be provided to PaperCut for the purpose of enabling PaperCut to:
- contact the customer and provide services in connection with the PaperCut software including the PaperCut Views web app and support services
- maintain and improve PaperCut's products and services
- contact the customer for operational purposes.
- the personal information may be transferred outside the EU;
- PaperCut may store the personal information for so long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. In the case of a perpetual licence, PaperCut will hold the information until notified that the customer no longer holds a licence to use PaperCut software
- the customer may:
- contact PaperCut to access, rectify, and/or delete such personal information of the customer as is held by PaperCut, and, in connection with data processing and portability;
- lodge a complaint with a relevant data supervisory authority; and
- withdraw its consent to the above at any time.
- PaperCut will send you information on its products and services to help you in your selling and support efforts. The emails are not for marketing purposes, but rather for operational purposes to ensure that you understand PaperCut software and features and can explain them to customers during the selling and support process. It is important that you receive these emails so you understand our products and features.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia in relation to any dispute arising under these terms.
