This KB article relates to PaperCut MF, the edition of PaperCut that implements copier control.
Not all Kyocera machines come with a hard drive or compact flash card installed in them by default. This is a requirement for embedded applications to run on these devices. If you try and install our embedded Kyocera application and the device does not have internal storage then you must install a compact flash drive. This is so our application has somewhere to store data and install successfully.
This release contains an updated Java version which no longer supports 32-bit workstations. If you have any 32-bit users launching the User Client or Release Station from a network share, see this Knowledge Base article for more information.
