Azure AD username and password authentication
With 21.2 we have added support for user/password Authentication to the ‘standard’ Azure AD sync so that in addition to everything you were able to do in 21.0, you can now let users authenticate with their User/Password combination:
- at the device/MFD
- through the user (or admin) web interface
- through the PaperCut user client
- through the Release Station interface
- through the Print Deploy client
- through the Mobility Print client
On top of this, we also now let Azure AD users self-associate their card at the device when presenting an unknown card!
OCR in overdrive
We've added multi threaded processing for large searchable PDF documents, resulting in up to a 50% reduction in processing time - and best part, it's independent of which MFD brand being used!
This update is already available for customers connected to MF Cloud OCR services and for On-Prem customers with auto-updates turned on.

Mobility Print access control
We've added Control access to printers in Mobility Print by configuring Cloud Print invite links to only share specific printers. This is a premium feature for Mobility Print customers who use papeCut NG/MF.
We've also given the Cloud Print admin interface a facelift, to make Mobility Print administration easier.
