PaperCut Software ("PaperCut" or “We”) offers its channel partners (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in its online referral program (the “Program”). We reserve the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason.

Referrers are bound by these Terms and Conditions by participating in the Program. By participating in the Program, Referrers agree to use the Program in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Referrer or to participate in the Program in any other manner. Referrers may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We reserve the right to disqualify any Referrers from participation in the Program at any time at our sole discretion, including without limitation if he/she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise fails to comply with any applicable laws.

Non-PaperCut channel partners excluded.

IF YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE PAPERCUT CHANNEL PARTNER ECOSYSTEM* YOU CAN NOT PARTICIPATE, REFER OR RECEIVE CONTENT FOR THIS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER AND PAPERCUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION.

*meaning you are not a current employee or contractor of a reseller, ASC or OEM who is a confirmed PaperCut channel partner.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

A. Program Participation

1. To participate in the Program, Referrers should circulate the unique referral link which will appear on-screen once they submit their registrations for the webinar event
2. There’s no cap on the number of referrals i.e. a person can refer as many people as they like
3. Personal details of an individual should only be filled out by the respective individual, provided that they consent to their details being provided to us and used to administer the referral program. PaperCut will treat all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
4. Both referrer** and referee*** should be in attendance at the event. And it’s one t-shirt per person regardless of the number referrals provided.

referrer** - Registrant who refers another colleague or friend using the PaperCut unique referral link

referee*** - A person who is referred by a registrant using the PaperCut unique referral link and who attends the PaperCut Partner Summit 2022

5. A referrer who doesn’t attend the event doesn’t qualify for this t-shirt promo. PaperCut will treat all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This promotion is free to enter, and PaperCut’s decision on any aspect of the promotion is final
6. To claim and order the PaperCut branded t-shirt, the online event attendees will need to respond to the email sent to them after the event. Once the order is received at PaperCut’s end we’ll ship the t-shirt to the nominated shipping address using PaperCut’s preferred shipping method.
7. The cost of the PaperCut branded t-shirt is approximately AUD 30. This cost excludes any shipping costs which will be borne by PaperCut. PaperCut will not be responsible for any fees, duties or taxes which may be imposed on the recipient due to their accepting the t-shirt.
8. The planned cut off date for this referral promo is 8th February 2022. However, PaperCut reserves the right to extend this promo in its sole discretion.
9. Online event attendees are eligible for entry into the Door Prize draw. There is a limit of 1 free T-shirt per attendee - accordingly any attendee who is eligible for a t-shirt due to their status as a referrer or referee will not be eligible to win a second t-shirt as a door prize.
