G2 Reviews Campaign Terms and Conditions





  1. The Promoter is: PaperCut Software (ACN 650 500 413) of registered office address: 1/3 Prospect Hill Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 Australia.
  2. Employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter. 
  3. PaperCut will run a social media led campaign for existing PaperCut customers from Friday 11th August 2023 to the end of Tuesday 22nd August 2023, Melbourne, Australia time. Each Papercut customer that leaves a review about PaperCut on G2 goes into a draw to win a $1000 gift card. The first 50 reviewers will also get a $25 gift card, sent directly by G2.
  4. To enter the competition you must provide your review via the special link provided in the social media campaign, and provide us with correct contact details as prompted. If you leave your review anonymously then you will receive a separate prompt for information.  We’ll treat this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information submitted to G2 will be subject to G2’s own Privacy Policy.
  5. Closing date for G2 Reviews Campaign entries will be 11.59pm 22nd August 2023 Melbourne time.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to a technical error. 
  7. PaperCut Software reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of PaperCut Software’s control.   
  8. The prizes are not transferable.  Prizes are subject to availability and region and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with  another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. The winner of the $1000 gift card will be announced on PaperCut’s social media channels on or around 24 August, 2023. They will be personally notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of  notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a  replacement winner. 
  10. The winner of the $25 (USD) gift voucher (first 50 reviews only) may be announced on PaperCut’s social media channels on 24 August, 2023. They will be personally notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. Gift cards will be sent within 7 days of the draw to the participant’s address. 
  11. PaperCut Software will notify the winner when and how the prize will be delivered. 
  12. PaperCut Software’s decision of all campaign matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  13. By entering this review campaign, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  14. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 
  15. The winner’s names will be published on our social media. 
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
  17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or  associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, G2 or any other organization.
  18. By filling out the survey and clicking on the social link you are in acceptance to the terms and conditions of G2 Campaign.
