This support operations engineer is so super mega customer focused, he may as well be one. In fact, why are we paying you, Tim? Tim enjoys the techy part of his job as well as our paper-saving mission. He really dislikes seeing things go to waste. Last Monday, for instance, there was a tree down on the sidewalk. So with homemade shovels (think tuna-cans), he re-planted it. Fingers crossed it’ll be ok.
