As an 80's survivor, Shane still bears the scars of National Lampoon movies, highly flammable hairstyles, and lemon and salmon-colored sweaters. When electronics became PCs, Shane became IT. He’s a bonafide superstar in support, using Sesame Street songs to help troubleshoot every problem, and car analogies to explain his answers. Dunno why, but it works. You might say Shane thinks outside the room the box is in.
