How do I refund a failed print job?

Refund can be provided to users in two ways:

  • Full Refund using one click refund feature
    Click refund on any of the jobs under Users -> [Name of the user] -> Print History
  • Partial refund
    The amount that needs to be refunded can be adjusted via the user's account under Users -> [name of the user] -> Adjustment & Charges
