Employees of the Promoter, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the summit or helping to set up the summit shall not be permitted to enter. Only authorised representatives of PaperCut channel partners (ASCs, APs, OEMs or resellers) may enter.

- Closing date will be 11.59pm (AEST) 30th June 2024 unless extended by the Promoter. After this date no further entries will be accepted.
- The rules of entry are as follows:
- Each entrant must submit their favourite PaperCut MF or PaperCut Hive customer story in 200 words or less via Google form within the Partner Summit showbag.
- No limit on number of entries. However, every story must be entered in an individual form.
- Winner Announcement:
- The winner will be announced at Melbourne, on 17th July 2024, or such later date as notified to entrants in the event of an extension.
- The Channel Activation team will evaluate all stories submitted, and the author of the best story, as determined by the Channel Activation team in its sole discretion, will be chosen as the winner.
- There will be only one winner.
- The winner will get to meet and spend an afternoon with Chris Dance, the founder & CEO of PaperCut Software Pty ltd.
- The date of the meeting will be at Chris Dance’s sole discretion, subject to travel commitments and visa requirements.
PaperCut Software reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in its sole discretion.
The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and region, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and/or pick a replacement winner.
PaperCut Software’s decision of all competition matters are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
The winner will be contacted for the PaperCut customer story and this will be promoted on www.papercut.com, social media, and PaperCut portal.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
