PaperCut Partner Pulse Check competition Terms and Conditions
The Promoter is PaperCut Software Pty Ltd (ACN 650 500 413) of registered office address: 1/3 Prospect Hill Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 Australia.
Employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
This contest is restricted to companies that are current PaperCut resellers and maintain a contractual sales relationship with a PaperCut Authorized Partner (“AP”). Other entities including APs and ASCs are not eligible to participate. The Promoter reserves the right to assess eligibility, and may disqualify entrants at any time in its sole discretion, provided such decisions are made reasonably.
To participate in the contest, resellers must complete a qualifying Partner Pulse Check survey by June 30, 2025. Only one submission per person will be accepted.
Closing date for Partner Pulse Check entries will be 11.59pm 30 June 2025 Portland time.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to a technical error.
By submitting this survey, the entrant confirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions on behalf of the reseller they represent. Acceptance grants the Promoter the right to obtain and publicly use “before and after” photos for marketing purposes, as deemed appropriate.
Any personal data related to the winner or any other entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s
Privacy Policy
.
The promoter will award the prizes to the first 200 eligible entries.
Each prize consists of a $50USD gift card (convertible into your local currency), which will be issued to the first 200 eligible entries by 31 July 2025,
The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Promoter ’s control.
Promoter ’s decision of all contest matters are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
