G2 Reviews Campaign Terms and Conditions

 

 

  1. The Promoter is: PaperCut Software (ACN 650 500 413) of registered office address: 1/3 Prospect Hill Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 Australia.
  2. Employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter. 
  3. PaperCut will run a social media led campaign for existing PaperCut customers from Thursday 4th January 2024 to the end of Thursday 25th January 2024, Melbourne, Australia time. The first 100 successful reviewers will get a $50 gift card, sent directly by G2.
  4. To enter the competition you must provide your review via the special link provided in the social media campaign, and provide us with correct contact details as prompted.  We’ll treat this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information submitted to G2 will be subject to G2’s own Privacy Policy.
  5. Closing date for G2 Reviews Campaign entries will be 11.59pm 25th January 2024 Melbourne time.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to a technical error. 
  7. PaperCut Software reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of PaperCut Software’s control.   
  8. The prizes are not transferable.  Prizes are subject to availability and region and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with  another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  9. Gift cards will be sent directly by G2 to the participant’s address. 
  10. PaperCut Software’s decision of all campaign matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  11. By entering this review campaign, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  12.  Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 
  13. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
  14. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or  associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, G2 or any other organization.
