- The Promoter is:
PaperCut Software (ACN 650 500 413) of registered office address: 1/3 Prospect Hill Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 Australia.
Employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
- Closing date for Draw entries will be 11.59pm (AEST) 30th November 2024 unless extended by the Promoter. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

- Each entrant must have completed the following PaperCut Hive Certification
- Post image on LinkedIn including the dedicated hashtag: #printwithhive
Draw
- The draw will take place on 4th December 2024 or such later date as notified to entrants in the event of an extension.
- The draw will be overseen by PaperCut staff, using an online random number generator.
- The first 50 valid entries drawn will receive a USD$50 Giftcard.
PaperCut Software reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of PaperCut Software’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by PaperCut Software.
PaperCut Software is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and region and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winners be personally notified by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
PaperCut Software will notify the winner when and how the prize will be delivered.
PaperCut Software’s decision of all competition matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
