Get the early heads-up on which printers are low on toner. Configure what level the toner can drop to before alerting, and who the alerts get sent to.
And you can warn your users, too, by sending them a notification before they print to a printer that is in an error state (like low on toner or out of paper). Check out the printer error alerts section for more details.
