Configure print tracking from the home or office

Enable Print Tracking for Direct Printing

1. In Easy Print & Scan, click Print Tracking. The Print Tracking panel is displayed.
2. In the Track direct print jobs area, click the toggle to green (on).
3. Click Save changes.
4. Test printing to a direct print queue on a printer in the Printers list. The job will display in the Job Log.

Setting up Print Tracking for Secure Print Release

There’s nothing to do. It’s automatically on and cannot be turned off.

Ignoring a printer so it’s not tracked

To stop print tracking on a printer, set PaperCut Hive or Pocket to ignore the printer:

1. On the Printers page, in the Printers list select the printer you don’t want to be tracked.

2. In the three-dot menu, click Ignore. The printer is added to the Ignored list.
