So here’s something you might not realise. PaperCut MF and PaperCut Hive are only sold through a channel of print resellers and dealers. And these businesses are supported by PaperCut Approved Partners.

Some of these PaperCut Approved Partners are known as PaperCut Authorised Solution Centers (ASCs we call them). Still with me?! They look after the thousands of PaperCut resellers around the world.
Why do we sell this way? It’s primarily about support. Using this network allows us to have a presence pretty much EVERYWHERE. And that means workplaces needing better print management will have support in their own town or city. We think it’s a better experience for our customers that way.
Let’s go back to the ASCs
OK, back to those ASCs. They DON’T sell PaperCut software; they support the resellers who DO sell PaperCut software with installation and technical assistance. They’re a vital, essential part of our ecosystem, but largely go unnoticed.
So, we celebrate them when we can!
The 2025 Pinnacle Award winners
And that leads me to the 2025 edition of the PaperCut Pinnacle Awards, where we celebrate the work of these 20ish ‘super partners’ located around the world.
I think it’s only right that I share the results from this year’s awards with you. These often unseen and definitely unsung heroes deserve a moment in the sun.
So our congratulations go out to this year’s winners.
This year, for the first time in the award’s history, the top honor—the PaperCut Pinnacle Award—was presented to two co-winners: ecoprintQ and Bluemega. The Pinnacle Award recognizes the partner that displays an overall commitment to PaperCut’s vision, values, philosophies, and business results, judged on their alignment, responsiveness, innovative thinking, infrastructure investments, and overall business results.
Joint winner number one
Hailing from France, Bluemega was recognized for its consistent alignment with PaperCut’s strategic goals, willingness to invest in the future, and its deep spirit of collaboration. They created a new reseller program designed to build self-sufficient, skilled, and engaged partners for the long term.
Joint winner number two
The USA’s ecoprintQ was honored for its professionalism, mature and caring culture. The partner was lauded for their exemplary execution of global initiatives, strong marketing efforts, and a positive, “let’s do this together” mindset.
Also having success on the night (actually, we announced it during the day but go with me on this) was the UK’s Selectec, recognized for successfully growing the density of engaged resellers within their ecosystem.
So congratulations to our winners and a super big thank you to our entire partner network. While it feels a little icky to be talking about our sales process, it’s important to know that your print provider is an important partner - for you AND for us.
