Add an internal note to an order
Job Ticketing allows you to add internal notes to an order. These notes can be seen only by operators, not customers. Internal notes are handy to keep a record of the interaction with customers, or as a reminder to you or any other operator about anything that needs to be followed up on.
To add an internal note to an order:
- Log in to the Job Ticketing Operator interface.
- In either the Workflow or Order List view, click the order for which you want to add the internal note.
- Scroll to the Comments area at the bottom of the page.
- Click Internal Note.
- Enter your comment.
- Click Post Note.
