Case Study Terms and Conditions




  1. The Promoter is: PaperCut Software (ACN 650 500 413) of registered office address: 1/3 Prospect Hill Road, Camberwell, VIC 3124 Australia.
  2. Employees of the Promoter or its related bodies corporate, their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter. 
  3. Entry to the promotion is restricted to employees or authorized representatives of current customers of one or more of the Promoter’s products or services.  Users of a particular customer’s instance of the Promiter’s products or services are not eligible unless their status as a representative of the customer has been authorized in writing by the customer.  Entry is limited to one employee/authorized representative per customer.  Participants may be asked for reasonable proof that they are authorized to enter on behalf of a customer, and PaperCut reserves the right to refuse entry (or refuse to provide a prize) to any entries associated with a customer whose employee/representative has already nominated as a participant.
  4. To enter this promotion you must attend interview booked with PaperCut or PaperCut's representatives and provide us with correct contact details as prompted.  We’ll treat this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information submitted to G2 will be subject to G2’s own Privacy Policy.
  5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to a technical error. 
  6. PaperCut Software reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of PaperCut Software’s control.   
  7. The prizes are not transferable.  Prizes are subject to availability and region and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with  another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  8. Gift cards will be sent within 20 business days of the interview to the participant’s address, provided that PaperCut has assessed, in its sole opinion acting reasonably, that the participant is an employee or authorized representative of a  genuine PaperCut customer. 
  9. PaperCut Software’s decision of all campaign matters are final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  10. By entering this case study campaign, an entrant is indicating their acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  11. The case study participant  agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the case study participant or any other entrants will be treated in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. 
  12. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. 
  13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or  associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, G2 or any other organization.
