Usually we see issues in the PaperCut user interface when Internet Explorer 11 has been set to run webpages in Compatibility View.
To see if this is the cause of the problem, in Internet Explorer 11 go to the settings cog in the top right hand corner. Click Compatibility View settings → Either the site is added to the list or it has “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.”. Please disable this and try again by refreshing the page.
The “Show” button for Card/ID doesn’t show anything
This is due to the Internet Options security settings. You will need to enable Active Scripting for Intranet or trusted sites for the card/ID to show. Go to Internet Options → Security →Local Intranet → Custom Level → Search the list for Active Scripting → Enable, OK, Apply.
Refresh the page and users should now be able to use the “Show” button. If that doesn’t fix it then it’s possible the user interface for PaperCut isn’t in the Local Intranet settings, and you’ll need to add it as a Trusted Site. After that, repeat the steps above for the Trusted Sites category.
