Question: I've noticed that when I add the PaperCut Client (pc-client.exe or pc-client-local-cache.exe) to my logon script it alway exits a few moments after logon?
Answer: This may be caused by running your Active Directory Logon script Synchronously
The group policy option can be found at:
User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Scripts -> Run logon scripts synchronously This should be set to 'Disabled' (the default). Enabling this option may result in the client tool being terminated before or shortly after login.

This release contains an updated Java version which no longer supports 32-bit workstations. If you have any 32-bit users launching the User Client or Release Station from a network share, see this Knowledge Base article for more information.
