What makes a good article?

  • Use paragraph Headings to help Search Engines understand your page.
  • Have a technical expert review the content before going through the trouble of formating the article.

  • Ask a friend to review the new article to watch out for typos and errors.
  • Share your new article with the #Support Slack Channel.


  1. Open Print Management by pressing Windows key + R, then type printmanagement.msc and hit the enter key.
  2. Next, right-click on the printer you want to manage and choose PropertiesÖ
  3. Monospace your file paths like this: [application-directory]/PaperCut Mobility Print/data/spool
    • You can even mix in bullet points.
