Does PaperCut support sales tax?

In many parts of the world tax authorities collect various sales taxes which might affect the price that people pay through a payment gateway module or the Web Cashier interface.

Because of the complexity of the various tax laws and the multitude of different processes involved PaperCut does not currently offer support for sales tax calculation. We suggest that prices in PaperCut are always quoted and charged inclusive of locally applicable taxes.

You may find that the reports available under the Transaction Report tab are useful for reconciliation purposes.
