(:title Printing a Print To File:)

PaperCut tech support sometimes requests [[PrintToFile|print-to-files]] to help diagnose problems with page analysis or watermarking. PaperCut developers run these print-to-files against the PaperCut Print Provider code to narrow down what is causing the problems.

In some cases PaperCut developers will not be able to reproduce problems with print-to-files because the problems are specific to a customer's printers. In this case PaperCut developers may create print-to-files that will show the problems they are looking for and ask customers to print these files on their printers.

This articles explains how to do this.
