“Help! I’m a user/Systems Administrator/reseller of PaperCut, and I’ve run into an error message/I’m trying to set up/I’m curious about such and such. What do we need to do/how can we fix this/why does this happen?”

What makes a good article?

• Use paragraph Headings to help Search Engines understand your page.
• Have a technical expert review the content before going through the trouble of formating the article.
• If the article isn’t ready for primetime yet, use http://staging.papercut.com/kb/ to preview how it will look.
• Get help from the #KB-Experts Slack Channel.
• Ask a friend to review the new article to watch out for typos and errors.
• Share your new article with the #Support Slack Channel.
• Try to sneak in a cheese reference for our friends at Selectec.

Steps

1. Open Print Management by pressing Windows key + R, then type printmanagement.msc and hit the enter key.
2. Next, right-click on the printer you want to manage and choose Properties…
3. Monospace your file paths like this: [application-directory]/PaperCut Mobility Print/data/spool
   • You can even mix in bullet points.
   • Wow.
