What makes a good article?
- Use paragraph Headings to help Search Engines understand your page.
- Have a technical expert review the content before going through the trouble of formating the article.
- If the article isn’t ready for primetime yet, use http://staging.papercut.com/kb/ to preview how it will look.
- Get help from the #KB-Experts Slack Channel.
- Ask a friend to review the new article to watch out for typos and errors.
- Share your new article with the #Support Slack Channel.
- Try to sneak in a cheese reference for our friends at Selectec.
Note 💡 Use this formatting to have a quick aside with your audience. It’s what the bard would do.
Steps
- Open Print Management by pressing Windows key + R, then type printmanagement.msc and hit the enter key.
- Next, right-click on the printer you want to manage and choose Properties…
- Monospace your file paths like this:
[application-directory]/PaperCut Mobility Print/data/spool
- You can even mix in bullet points.
- Wow.
