Olivetti customers have reported that on the devices listed below, error messages generated by the copier related to things such as paper jams or open trays may not appear. The error light will still be lit.

Investigations suggest that this is an issue with the display subsystem of the device, which is incorrectly writing the error messages “behind” the PaperCut screens. The issue has been raised with Olivetti, but there is no information currently on when or if a fix will be available.
