If you're having problems of any nature, often the PaperCut system logs can assist with diagnosis.  Log error messages often given an indication of:

* The type of error,
* suggestions on what might be causing the error,
* and in some cases will recommend a solution.

Taking some time to check system event logs may help you pinpoint and resolve a problem.  The following logs should be checked:
