Click on that user and navigate to the Job Log tab. Use the same tip (click the columns) to sort these too. Maybe there was one big job that accounts for most of their usage? Maybe it was printed on the weekend? Maybe, just maybe, it wasn’t work related...

Q: Need to see who your biggest users are?

A: Hit the Users Menu, go to the list of users and sort them by pages and/or jobs. The top of the list is your biggest print user. Does this surprise you?
