CyberSource have recently released a statement to customers using the Hosted Order Page(HOP) or the Silent Order POST products. This statement mentioned that these products are to be replaced by their new Secure Acceptance platform in September 2014.
How will the migration process work with PaperCut?
PaperCut has completed development to work with new API’s released in the CyberSource Secure Acceptance product, and is ready for integration. You should contact CyberSource Customer Support to configure your Secure Acceptance functionality, which must be completed before PaperCut is integrated.
Will this require a new license within PaperCut?
A new PaperCut license will be required to run the CyberSource Secure Acceptance product, which will be available to existing CyberSource integration users at a discounted rate.
This release contains an updated Java version which no longer supports 32-bit workstations. If you have any 32-bit users launching the User Client or Release Station from a network share, see this Knowledge Base article for more information.
