The role of PaperCut ChargeBack
Rescan use PaperCut ChargeBack for tracking print jobs to the major printers and plotter and assigning the associated costs to accounts and their clients. Print job detail archiving, cost recovery and reporting are key features leading to the purchase of PaperCut ChargeBack.
Rescan also needed a customized set of printer-centric reports, similar to those available in CopiTrak. PaperCut Software worked closely with Rescan to deliver these reports, which were required by Rescan's accounting deparment.
