Disable Power Save Mode on Ricoh Embedded Devices
Sometimes when troubleshooting problems with ESA embedded applications PaperCut Support may ask you to disable the machines power saving mode. We do this to ensure that the application is always accessible.
NOTE: You will need admin/engineer access to the MFD.
The following steps will allow you to disable the Auto Off setting of the MFD.
1. Press User Tools on the MFD’s control panel
2. Press System Settings
3. Press Administrator Tools
4. Use the page switch button to move down to page three
5. Press AOF (Always On)
6. Press Off
7. Press OK
8. Exit User Tools
