I've lost my license. How do I get a copy?

As a first step, a copy of your license file may be saved on your server's hard drive. Check the location:

   C:\Program Files\PaperCut NG\server\application.license

This file is your digitally signed license and can be use to enable/license PaperCut on other servers (e.g. your new server).

If you have lost your license file (for PaperCut NG / PaperCut ChargeBack) or key (for PaperCut Quota), and have been unable to retrieve it from your HD or backups, please send an email to sales@papercut.com requesting that it be re-issued. You should send the email from an official domain of your organization, or from the email address you used to purchase PaperCut; this will help us with verification.
