What is the internet control module and do I need it?

Internet module is used to monitor internet usage and charge users based on both time and data used (by MB). It is commonly used in schools in some countries to restrict students from downloading large files and wasting too much time on the internet. Internet Module is available at no cost with a standard license of Print Control module.
