This page covers some ways to integrate PaperCut with an intranet / web page to help make it a more visible and official part of your organization.
Customizing the client software (client tool)
The client software may be customized to add a custom link (e.g. to your print policy page) or add your logo.

Customizing the user web interface
The user web interface can be styled to match your intranet or organization's theme. Customizing the "look and feel" of the user web interface gives the application an official look and is comforting for the users.

Customizing the release station
The release station supports changing the logo, text and many other settings.
Link to the PaperCut user web interface from your intranet
Adding a link to the user web interface from your intranet makes it more discoverable for your users. E.g. Add it to your intranet portal / home page or key areas of your existing site under a "Print Balance" heading or similar.
Print policy web page
Now that you are using print monitoring software you should consider creating a page that describes your printing policy and answers common printing questions. You can even have PaperCut implement your print policy rules once they are decided.
Widgets, gadgets and APIs
PaperCut provides web widgets that can be easily embedded in organization's existing intranet site as well as Windows Sidebar Gadgets. These can be used to display users' balance or environmental impact.
