Elatec Fast Release TCConfig Tool Not Saving Settings

Some users have reported that the TCConfig tool (the configuration program for a TCPConv device) is not saving changes to the network configuration of the Fast Release Terminal. We believe this is only for Fast Release Terminals running firmware 1.03 or 1.04.

The issue reported to us is any changes made to the Device Name and IP information (Address / Network Mask / Gateway) are not saved after clicking “OK” and restarting the device for the new options to come into effect. To fix this please ask your hardware provider for an updated TCConfig tool, you will need version 1.03 or above.
