Can I get an extension on the standard PaperCut trial period?

Yes. We are always happy to extend the standard 40-day trial period offered with PaperCut on request. We are keen to ensure our potential customers are 100% happy before committing to purchase. To request an extension, please email our support team. In your email, please include:

  • The full organization name
  • The edition of PaperCut current being evaluated
  • The number of users on the network

All extension requests will be responded to within 24 hours, and we're more than more than happy to assist you in what ever way they can.
