I can see a few worried faces in our organisation as I roll out the new print policy stuff. Why do people print emails in color?! It would be great if you could extend this as follows: Have an option to maximize the workstation's volume and play a WAV file. I could have fun with that ... "Alert! Alert! Someone is printing single sided!" "Alert! Alert! The boss is printing his emails again!" :-) Well done on the release guys. They are very happy to see that you can track all expenses relating to its customers. I'm in the process of approval in 03 law offices and all are very satisfied with the results! My vote goes to server-command.exe. It's a small little command-line tool hidden deep in PaperCut's install directory. It may be small, but it's the swiss army knife packed full of little commands to keep any school ITC tech. happy! I use it to automatically create student accounts with print quota based on their course. It's called from my custom Visual Basic scripts. We've put a lot of R&D into this and use some really advanced postscript code and cryptographic stuff.
