Hi Micheal,

Thanks for the compliments. I think you hit the nail on the head when you say that we're motivated by wanting to meet users 'practical needs' rather than making millions. We're all true tech geeks in here and really enjoy software development. Nothing makes a job more enjoyable than knowing that someone appreciates something that you built with your own hands. As "tech guys", as long as the we're technically challenged, customer appreciate our work, and importantly the coffee keeps flowing, we're happy :-)

Chris:

I think what you folks do, and the way you do it is very cool. Your pricing structure is well considered, modest, and accommodating to those who might otherwise have difficulty purchasing your software.

I've downloaded the email stripper on the recommendation of a friend, and a brief glance shows a useful program that's easy to understand and use.

If I can figure out a way to use the rest of your software, I'll be back! (I'm a solo practitioner. It's clear that your product is aimed at a much larger business, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem to provide any advantage in the context of my operation.)

Anyhow, I want you to know that I'm delighted to see that there are accomplished people developing innovative, reliable software designed to meet practical needs who don't feel they have to earn $10 billion every quarter, but who seem more interested in providing a service. How refreshing! I hope (and predict) that you will indeed earn a fortune, but by virtue of the service you provide and not through monopolistic extortion and corporate greed.

Thank you and the members of your team for a novel concept, an exemplary business model, and superior products. Best wishes. - Michael S. Hamden
